   Well if we still had the MARS BAR index,its only a Wossy and a Norton in cost terms and its not as if they have to earn the money…. I mean if you don’t spend the budget in full this year, it might ber cut next year and that would never do… Always happly to debate BBC funding and spending – its like shooting fish in a ……
