<p>Byrne&#8217;s announcement follows <a href="http://blogs.journalism.co.uk/editors/2009/10/14/paidcontent-businessweek-sale-to-bloomberg-told-in-links/" target="_blank">news of Bloomberg&#8217;s pending acquisition of BusinessWeek</a>.</p>
