See http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts1988/ukpga_19880048_en_3#pt1-ch3-pb2-l1g30.  OK, there might be more to this than I know about, and this is not legal advice, but the way it&#039;s reported, this is a copyright owner simply bullying a journalist.  I love the expression &quot;intellectual property absoultist&quot;: spot on.</description>
