AllThingsD: Guardian to buy paidContent owners for $30m

Guardian News and Media is expected to announce the acquisition of ContentNext, the company behind news sites paidContent.org and paidContent:UK.

According to the report, ‘north of $30m’ will be paid for the firm, which will continue to be run independently.
