Interviews: Always end an interview with an invitation for the interviewee to add anything you may have missed. It may prompt them to tell you something you have forgotten to ask; also it could reveal any agenda they might have. Tipster: Tom Stainer

    Always enter an Interview with an open mind and leave all ‘fixed’ ideas to yourself. Ask, Think, Listen and Listen again. Some people hint more than they actually tell..its your job to draw those ’secrets’ out of them.
    Be sure to show extreme interest even when your about to pass out from boredom.
    NOTE: that happens to me too often. lol..
    Be a Strong interviewer, this isnt time to sit and relax…Make it your business to know their business d@mmit!
