The 10,000 Words blog has produced a very useful guide to tagging for newsrooms, highlighting the importance for large news outlets to ensure “consistency” in its approach.
The post, by Lauren Rabaino, also outlines the opportunities for “filtering and displaying content if you do tagging right”.
