		<description>Should be mentioned in passing that the case (and question) in point also involves attempts to suppress The Guardian&#039;s coverage earlier this year of Barclays attempts at tax dodging on behalf of its clients. This despite the fact that the FT and even the Daily Mail covered the same taxdodging deals. There was no coverage on the BBC though. 

Incidentally, did you know the Chairman of Barclays was on the BBC board?
