		<description>Well The Guardian would say that, seeing as they&#039;ve devoted so much money and manpower towards fighting the case. I can&#039;t really see why disciplinary records would be of interest to the public, though, unless they relate to specific legal proceedings? Surely such information would just serve to prejudice the public perception of individual judges...</description>
