		<description>Dear redundant journo, thanks so much for sharing your experiences with us; as someone who has been in a similar position it is so nice to know we are not alone!! Must be quite therapeutic for you too. I lost my journo job last summer and after nearly a year of freelancing (ie not being able to enjoy bank holidays as had no work the whole week before)I have finally been offered a job with decent pay and in the ballpark of what I wanted. I wish you the very best of luck ...</description>

		<description>Yes Emma, but we get so much crap through from PRs that it&#039;s hardly surprising we think we&#039;d be better at it. At least we know what type of press release won&#039;t go straight to trash. I delete 90 per cent of the rubbish I get from you people after reading the first two words.</description>

How can a journalist put together a communications strategy that takes into account something other than media relations? 

How arrogant of you to think that the only part of the job you see is what the entire job entails. 

Stop coming over here and taking our jobs!</description>
