Christopher Meyer is a fool. The Media Standards Trust report is well informed, erudite and, frankly, a damning indictment of Meyer's time at the PCC - a time which has been marked by all of the big issues being dealt with in the court because the (later successful) people that were wrong in the media knew the PCC was too inept to be a useful device for them to seek recompense.
