		<description>If Mr Ryerson considers it a distraction he would have to accept responsibility. If he does not wish to comment he should have returned the first call or sent an email to that effect.

From a journalist&#039;s perspective, it is a waste of my time trying to consistently contact others who know full well they do not want to speak and are discourteous enough not to say so.</description>

I don&#039;t know how many phonecalls/emails Dylan put in on this... but from personal experience I don&#039;t know if I&#039;m in danger of being a &#039;distraction&#039; unless someone actually picks up the phone.</description>
