Joel
We've had a look at feedjournal:
http://www.journalism.co.uk/shorturl/HYUDI/
I'm not sure it's anything other than an amusing plaything in its present form...might have potential though.

John,

New applications like THE FEEDJOURNAL should also be considered as ways to utilize, protect and monetize Feed Content. I've found that hi-tech people looking at new technology often overlook simple useful applications. In this case, being able to simply print-out your feeds in a pleasant and readable format.

Check out an example here of what the Feedjournal applicatin can do:

See the FeedJournal.com

Hi John

I have found that building interactivity into a full feed has helped greatly.

As you say simple "Email this" and "Add this to" links work wonders, as well as links from within the article or at the foot of a piece.

You are unlikely to interact with a story if you only have a line or two to play with, especially with something like fav.or.it just around the corner:

As a caveat to all that, I still wonder how widely used RSS/feeds are by regular users???

All the best, Craig
